I like sport at all but I never was someone who felt to be born for jogging because in my opinion it’s pretty boring to run over rough and smooth without an aim. A few weeks ago I’ve started fitness training at Kieser which takes focus on “strength for health”. This means there are machines to build up the strength of muscles but no machines for cardiovascular training. The point is I’ve started jogging. I did some research before and found some nice tools to sweeten my pain.
